Joanne is the office’s heartbeat. She’s always smiling and puts her co-workers first. for the past 6 years she has been involved with coordination and accounting of all things payroll. She has two wonderful children and loves the great outdoors, biking and hiking whenever she and her family can get the chance.
I have been a property manager for 10 years and I love the interaction with tenants and owners. I enjoy the daily challenges that come with the job; partly because you never have the same day twice!! I am a fully licensed real estate agent but focus mainly on property management. Before I became a property manager I was working as an administration assistant and before that I was a sterile processor at the Olds Hospital. I have my Office Administration Certificate as well as my Sterile Processing Certificate on top of the Real Estate courses I have taken over the years. I lead a fairly quiet life, I love the small town life and enjoy gardening in the summer months.

Originating from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the CPM® credential demonstrates a mastery of the analytical and leadership skills needed to enhance the short and long-term values of large real estate portfolios, including residential, commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional and mixed-use.
Rikku is a proud Northeast Calgarian with 15+ years of industry experience specializing in Land asset administration. Her varied career in the Oil & Gas, and Data Transformation positions her well to provide value to RPM Bravo. Her positive and results oriented work style and attitude enable her with the confidence to exceed performance targets and attain organizational goals. In her spare time, Rikku spends her time with her family, caring for her sons and spending time outdoors and being physically active.
Suzanne completed the Mortgage Agent Program in 2003, and the Real Estate Agent Program in 2005, Suzanne was authorized to trade in all real estate sectors of Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management within Alberta. Harvesting her years in conveyancing and management, she completed the Real Estate Broker Program in 2016. Over the years she has moved up to Office Manager and the Accounting Manager.
