Joanne is the office’s heartbeat. She’s always smiling and puts her co-workers first. For the past 6 years she has been involved with coordination and accounting of all things payroll. She has two wonderful children and loves the great outdoors, biking and hiking whenever she and her family can get the chance.
Brenda has been a property manager for 10 years and loves the interaction with tenants and owners. She enjoys the daily challenges that come with the job — no two days are the same! She is a fully licensed real estate agent but focuses mainly on property management. Before becoming a property manager, Brenda worked as an administration assistant and as a sterile processor at the Olds Hospital. She holds an Office Administration Certificate and a Sterile Processing Certificate, in addition to the real estate courses she has completed over the years. Brenda leads a fairly quiet life, loves small-town living, and enjoys gardening in the summer months.
Albert Langbid, CPM® is a licensed Property Manager with more than 15 years of progressive experience managing commercial, rental and condominiums properties. He helps investment property owners and homeowners in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments. He manages the property’s day-to-day financial operations, including finding and placing qualified tenants and ensuring the property is in good working order.
Albert also holds a Certified Property Manager ® designation. CPM® is a senior globally recognized property management designation. Originating from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the CPM® credential demonstrates a mastery of the analytical and leadership skills needed to enhance the short and long-term values of large real estate portfolios, including residential, commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional and mixed-use.
Rikku is a proud Northeast Calgarian with 15+ years of industry experience specializing in Land asset administration. Her varied career in the Oil & Gas, and Data Transformation positions her well to provide value to C21 Bravo. Her positive and results oriented work style and attitude enable her with the confidence to exceed performance targets and attain organizational goals. In her spare time, Rikku spends her time with her family, caring for her sons and spending time outdoors and being physically active.
Suzanne completed the Mortgage Agent Program in 2003 and the Real Estate Agent Program in 2005. She is authorized to trade in all real estate sectors including Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management within Alberta. Building on her years in conveyancing and management, she completed the Real Estate Broker Program in 2016. Over the years, she has progressed from Office Manager to Accounting Manager.
